How long does dedicated server delivery take?
Delivery depends on the selected plan, stock status, and any add-on hardware or software. You will be informed during order or sales consultation.
Do I get full root access?
Yes. Servers are delivered unmanaged with root access on Linux or Administrator access on Windows.
Is operating system installation free?
Yes. Supported Linux distributions and Windows Server installs are free. Windows licensing may be billed separately.
Can RAID be configured?
On multi-disk servers, RAID can be evaluated based on disk count, chassis and controller support. RAID1 is not presented as a default included feature.
Can I upgrade RAM and storage?
Yes. RAM, SSD, SAS and where applicable NVMe upgrades are handled via sales based on stock and hardware.
Can I buy extra IPv4 addresses?
Plans include 1 IPv4. Extra IPv4 requests are evaluated via sales/support based on stock and network policy.
What happens if traffic quota is exceeded?
Additional traffic or plan adjustments are arranged with sales depending on usage and package terms.
Why does usable storage differ on Storage servers?
Storage capacities are listed as raw disk capacity. Usable capacity changes with RAID or disk layout choices.
Are Windows Server, cPanel or Plesk licenses included?
No. These are optional and billed separately. Ask sales for current pricing.
Is KVM or IPMI access provided?
KVM / IPMI is not included by default; it can be added on request as a paid option. Standard access is root / administrator.
