The refund and cancellation policy of Hosting Türkiye İnternet ve Bilişim Hizmetleri varies by service type.
Refund guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our services within 1 day of activation, you may cancel the service through your client portal and request a refund.
The refund guarantee applies to web hosting and reseller hosting services only.
Approved refund requests are returned to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Services excluded from refunds
The following services are not eligible for refunds. Purchased services are non-cancellable and fees are non-refundable:
- Domain names
- Virtual servers (VDS/VPS)
- Software licenses
- Dedicated (physical) servers
- Server colocation
- SSL certificates and other distributor services
Cancellation process
To cancel a service, log in to your client portal, select the relevant package, and submit a cancellation request — or notify your account representative via ticket.
Under the service agreement, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance.
